Experience

Because of the excellent results that expanded clay gives as drainage material and the low density it was chosen for a substructure with the expanded clay granules.

Why expanded clay?

To ensure a profound drainage, the most ideal construction of that sports field was sought in conjunction with Ercat (European Research Centre for Artificial Turf). Because of the excellent results that expanded clay gives as drainage material and the low density it was chosen for a substructure with the expanded clay granules.
